As with most apartment rentals, you will be required to pay a deposit to cover any potential damages, depending on the apartment you wish to rent. A pre-authorization will be requested during the online pre-check-in. If no damage is found in the apartment after your departure, the funds will be credited back to you within a week.
Several solutions are available to you to make your payment. We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Amex, Mastercard.
A personalized invoice will be sent to you after your stay if you request it.
For the studios, there is no duration. However, for our apartments, bookings must be for a minimum of 2 nights.
We will request a copy of your ID a few days before your arrival.
Animals are not allowed. However, we do accept medical assistance dogs.

If the apartment is available, we will be delighted to extend your stay. Otherwise, we will do our best to offer you a satisfactory solution.
In the event of damage inside the apartment during your stay, we will first assess the cause and then the estimated value. If you are found responsible, the corresponding amount will be deducted from your deposit. In the absence of a deposit or if it proves insufficient, we may directly request the corresponding compensation from you.

Our establishment is located in the heart of Montmartre at 1 Rue Saint Rustique, facing the Sacré-Cœur. It is the highest building in Paris above sea level.
Our concierge will be delighted to send you your personalized itinerary. However, upon your arrival, we strongly recommend taking a taxi if you have many suitcases.
Place du Tertre, in the heart of Montmartre, is a very touristy area where parking can be complicated. There is no public parking directly on the square, but several options nearby:

Our small two-story building is not equipped with an elevator. Our Morisot studio is located on the ground floor.
Our concierge Pauline, whose contact details you will receive upon booking, will be delighted to assist you in organizing and ultra-customizing your Parisian stay from your arrival to your departure.
We do offer a luggage storage service if you wish to leave your personal belongings before accessing your apartment on the day of your arrival and at the time of your departure. You simply need to contact the staff at our restaurant La Bohème located at 2 Place du Tertre.
At Maison La Bohème, we focus on the comfort of our guests. In our apartments, you will find quality bedding and carefully selected bath products. To make your stay as pleasant as possible, each apartment has a kitchenette or fully equipped kitchen (cooking utensils, Nespresso machine, kettle, microwave or oven, etc.). Wi-Fi is specific to each apartment. We provide: sheets, bath towels, bath products, dish towel, coffee, tea, dishwasher detergent, ironing board and iron, etc.
The day before your arrival, a contact email will be sent to you. We will be reachable and available 7 days a week to answer your questions and resolve any potential issues during your stay. Our housekeeping team is on-site from 9am to 5pm, and our team at the La Bohème restaurant from 7am to 1am. In case of a real emergency, we recommend contacting emergency services.
The final cleaning is included in your rate. Also, we conduct a daily check to ensure that you lack nothing. However, daily cleaning is not included; it is offered at an additional cost (varying according to the reserved apartment). As part of an ecological approach, we only change your towels every 3 days and your sheets every 5 days.
All our apartments are non-smoking. We also kindly ask our guests to respect the quietness of their neighbors, not to organize parties, and to adhere to the maximum number of occupants.
We provide a travel cot and baby bathtub upon request.
All our apartments are equipped with reversible air conditioning.
Wi-Fi is included and independent in each apartment.
Some apartments overlook our inner courtyard while others face the charming Rue Saint Rustique or Place du Tertre with incredible views of the Sacré-Cœur.

Our concierge Pauline, whose contact information will be provided to you upon booking confirmation, is at your disposal for the organization of your stay in Paris from your arrival until your departure.
The day before your arrival, we will send you an email or a text message with detailed access instructions to the building and the apartment. Then, one hour before your arrival, you will receive another email or text message with your personalized access code to the building.
You will be able to access your apartment from 4:00 PM, while check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Additional fees will be charged for late apartment check-out.
We invite you to inform our reservation service as soon as possible. Our team will do its utmost to meet your request. Additional charges may apply.
Your arrival will be self-managed, thanks to a personalized code and the information provided beforehand. However, our team remains available to assist you and answer your questions.
You just need to make sure you haven't forgotten any personal belongings inside the apartment. For environmental reasons, we also ask you to ensure that all electrical appliances are turned off and windows are closed.
As upon your arrival, you will be free to leave the premises independently.

If you have chosen our flexible rate, you can cancel your reservation for free up to 14 or 7 days before your arrival date. If you have selected our non-refundable rate, no refund can be made.
